Dr. John Harris
Dr. John Harris has been coaching civilian and military leaders for the past 19 years. He especially enjoys helping leaders close the gap between the dream in their hearts and the reality in front of them. His conviction is that “leading well is part of loving well.” Dr. Harris has a gift for helping organizational leaders build leadership capacity and healthier teams. He previously served as a chaplain in the United States Air Force where he advised military leaders on matters of morale and religious accommodation and coached them through personal challenges of the weight of military leadership.
He currently serves executive teams and non-profits full-time as a consultant, leadership coach, and corporate trainer. Specializing in health and human services and school district leadership, he's known for his transformational workshops that build positive and productive work environments through emotional intelligence and transformational leadership. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas (B.S. Sociology), Memphis Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and Gateway Seminary (D.Min). Dr. Harris is a certified executive coach with the Center for Executive Coaching. He lives in Roseville, CA with his amazing wife, Jeanine, and their three beautiful daughters, Elise, Sydney, and Grace
